WWE Tag Team Championship reigns

Welcome to another post about the WWE Titles,this time i present to you the WWE Tag Team Championship reigns,as always,from 2011 all the way to now.

2011
1-McGillicutty/Otunga-McGillicutty and Otunga were supposed to feud with Kane and Big Show but they were involved in other storylines,mainly the feud with The Corre for Kane. McGillicutty and Otunga didnt defend their belts before and at the Royal Rumble event. It wasnt until after the Rumble when Otunga and Husky Harris betrayed Truth during a handicap match against Mysterio,McGillicutty was barely involved in the feud. Due to Husky and Otunga cheating on RAW to defeat Rey and Truth in tag action,Rey and Truth were given a chance to fight Husky and Otunga at Elimination Chamber with the stipulation that if Rey and Truth were to win,they would get a shot at the WWE Tag Team Championships at Wrestlemania 27.
Truth and Rey were both successfull at WM27 but in the weeks leading up to WM 27,both superstars seamed to once again go solo.
2-Truth/Rey-The New Nexus received Jinder Mahal as their newest member and they started a feud against Santino/Kozlov,The New Nexus got their rematch for the belts at Extreme Rules in a Tornado match but they were unsuccessfull in regaining the belts. Truth and Rey started to stalk Cena in a handicap match on RAW leading to a shot for Dolph and Cena at OTL,where they were successfull. Originally,Truth and Rey were supposed to remain champions and lose the belts until that year's Summerslam maybe to The Usos.
3-Dolph/Cena-Strangely enough Del Rio was heavely involved in the feud with Rey/Truth after OTL while Ziggler was teasing a feud with Punk,still Cena and Dolph retained at Capitol Punishment in a Steel Cage match. The feud continued until MITB where Cena and Dolph prevailed again in a Tornado Elimination match. Over the next few weeks on RAW,Ziggler was teasing a feud with Kofi while also feuding with Punk,Cena got sort of involved leading to a short reunion of Punk and Kofi against Cena and Ziggler at Summerslam but with Punk failing to win.
Ziggler and Cena teased feuding with New Nexus next but Dolph was teasing a break up and betrayed Cena on RAW leading to a match for the United States Championship at NOC where Dolph failed to win and got injured. At the same time The Usos were fighting Cena,in singles and tag team action while Dolph was nowhere to be found,due to Ziggler failing to win the USA Championship,he betrayed Cena in a match against The Usos at NOC.
4-The Usos-Ziggler's injury and problems with Cena led to Del Rio being chosen by Cena to regain the belts at HIAC but in a losing effort in a Tornado Tag match,Cena also returned to being a face as Del Rio was already one as well. Cena and Del Rio got another shot at Bragging Rights but failed to win. The Usos then picked up where they left off with Riley and Clay,due to their attacks Riley and Clay teamed together and were given a shot on the last Smackdown before Survivor Series but lost. Riley and Clay started to tag more often and faced The Usos again at TLC in a Steel Cage match but lost again.
During the RTWM 28,Riley turned face after losing to then-babyface Jinder Mahal in a match on Superstars while also he was feuding with Hunico and Duke Corpse on both RAW and Smackdown. The feud with The Usos ended at the 2012 Royal Rumble where once more Riley and Clay failed to win in a Tornado Tables match. The Usos then started a random feud with Primo and Epico on Superstars by attacking them during matches,leading to triple threats where even Brodus Clay was involved. The Usos retained at Elimination Chamber,Cena and Del Rio defeated The Corre in a No 1 Contender's match on Smackdown to compete for the belts at WM 28 in a Ladder match but were unsuccessful. It's important to note that The Usos attacked Cena and Del Rio from behind to make them lose the No 1 Contender's match. The idea was for The Corre to feud with The Usos until Summerslam where they would have lost the belts to The Corre,probably.
Primo and Epico continued feuding with The Usos at Extreme Rules in a losing effort. The Usos were not at OTL defending their belts. Later on,Ryder and Santino defeated Del Rio and Cena in a No 1 Contender's match on SD and they almost defeated The Usos at NWO but the latter disqualified themselves. Ryder and Santino got another shot at the belts in a NO DQ match at MITB but lost as well. The Usos werent involved at Summerslam as well. The Corre defeated the Prime Time Players in a No 1 Contender's match on Smackdown ending their feud and defeating The Usos at NOC in a Steel Cage match to end their year-long title reign.

2012
5-The Corre-The Usos lost their FCA rematch at HIAC,ending the mini feud between them. The Corre (except for Wade) was absent from the shows until after Capitol Punishment. The Prime Time Players complained about The Corre's absence at Capitol Punishment and HHH forced The Corre to defend their belts against them on Smackdown as punishment. During that time,Lesnar,Jericho and Show were feuding with one another leading to Jericho being kicked out of the group,he tagged with Slater on an episode of Smackdown against Lesnar and Show,due to the latters victory they got an Elimination Tag Team match for the belts at Survivor Series where The Corre almost lose their belts as Slater actually eliminated Show in the end to retain,barely. Show and Lesnar got another shot at TLC in a Ladder match but were unsuccessful in winning again.
Jericho and Show settled their differences,got rid of Lesnar and reformed to face The Corre at the 2013 Royal Rumble but lost,instead of Slater,Wade had to defend the belts alongside Gabriel due to Slater getting injured. The Corre didnt defend at Elimination Chamber again. After defeating almost every tag team in the division since their post-WM 28 debut,The Shield was given a shot at the belts against The Corre on an episode of Smackdown where The Corre finally lost their belts while also Barrett was absent from the group leading to their break up. However The Corre tried to regain the belts in a Tag Team Elimination match one week later but lost.

2013
6-The Shield (Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins)-Due to The Corre having problems between both Slater and Gabriel,they couldnt continue feuding with The Shield,CM Punk and Daniel Bryan though have had problems with The Shield since the RTWM 29 and after tagging with Kane at WM 29 in a losing effort,they challenged The Shield to a tag team match at Extreme Rules where The Shield sadly lost.
7-Punk and Bryan-The next week on RAW,Punk and Bryan defeated The Shield in a Tag Team Elimination rematch for the belts retaining. That same week Jerishow defeated 3MB to become contenders to the belts at OTL where they shocked the world with another victory and their 2nd ever WWE Tag Team Championship reign.
8-Jerishow-At NWO,Punk and Bryan lost in a Steel Cage rematch and also lost in a last desperate attempt to regain the belts at MITB in an Elimination Tag Team match with Big Show as the sole survivor of the match. The Shield (Ambrose and Rollins minus Roman Reigns) started to feud with Jerishow for the belts leading to a match at Summerslam where they lost (they were supposed to win). At NOC however,The Shield barely defeated Jerishow in an Elimination Tag Team match for the belts when Ambrose hit his Headlock Driver finisher on Show and avoided getting hit a 3rd time with a knockout punch
9-The Shield (Ambrose and Rollins)-At HIAC,The Shield retained in a Ladder match against Jerishow ending their feud. Kidd and Gabriel defeated Santino and Ryder on RAW getting a shot at The Shield at Survivor Series in an Elimination Tag Team Tornado match in a losing effort. They got one final shot at TLC in a regular tag team match per their commands but lost as well. The Shield is now feuding with The Wyatt Family due to The Wyatt Family claiming to be the rightful challengers to The Shield after having feuded with Santino and Ryder/Clay and Tensai and Truth/Miz/Punk with several victories over all those stars since they debuted on RAW after Wrestlemania 29. The Shield is imploding once more as Ambrose has teased going solo but The Shield will defend their belts at the 2014 Royal Rumble,soon.
